Recently, Zhejiang Wanma Macromolecule Material Group Co., Ltd.'s flame-retardant Si-XLPE insulation material for UL standards has passed the evaluation of "Zhejiang Province Industrial New Product" and has been awarded the "Zhejiang Province Industrial New Product Certificate" by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology.
Commissioned by the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province, the Economic and Information Bureau of Lin'an District organized a provincial-level industrial new product "Flame retardant Si-XLPE insulation material for UL standard" acceptance evaluation meeting, undertaken by Zhejiang Wanma Macromolecule Material Group Co., Ltd.
The flame-retardant Si-XLPE insulation material used for UL standards has innovative formula design and manufacturing process, and has obtained one utility model patent. It has good flame retardancy and excellent insulation performance. The acceptance evaluation team unanimously agrees that the new product has passed the provincial new product appraisal, and the product technology is at the leading level in China.
This product has a 50% increase in tensile strength and a volume resistivity hundreds or thousands of times higher than the commonly used filling type low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable material in the market. It has good electrical, mechanical, extrusion performance, and wide processing parameters, making it suitable for various types of extruders. Customers do not need to introduce new equipment when using it, and can directly produce on the existing equipment, which is extremely easy to operate. At the same time, the product can pass VW-1 and FT2 flame retardant tests after being assembled into a cable. At present, it is mainly aimed at overseas markets that use UL standards, applied to XHHW-2, XHHW, XHH and other wires that comply with UL standards such as UL44 and UL1581.
